Mushrooms

How exciting is this?!  Upcycled coffee grounds, fresh mushrooms, and urban gardens - what's not to love?  Back to the Roots collects used coffee grounds, among other food waste, to grow their mushrooms.  Here's what they have to stay for themselves: "At its heart, BTTR Ventures (pronounced Better) stands for "back to the roots," a phrase that encompasses the idea of creating a company that stands for sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility."  Know what makes BTTR even (no pun intended) better?  Their post-production waste has now been transformed into fertile soil.  I'll never stop being amazed by nature.
